Job Desc :
- Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term business strategies to drive sustainable growth and expansion.
- Monitor team performance, align objectives with company goals, and implement staff development and training programs.
- Benchmark market needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities and implement strategic action plans.
- Lead product management activities including product positioning, SKU optimization, and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage product launches with principals and sales teams to ensure strong market penetration and performance.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to adapt strategies and improve sales performance.
- Optimize inventory turnover, manage principals budgets, and provide regular business performance updates to management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field
Master's Degree in related to business is advantage
5 years or above of relevant experience in a similar role
Ability to develop effective competitive strategies
Good experience and knowledge in medical equipment and consumables in Healthcare Industry
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
