What You'll Drive

  • Partnership Executive:
    • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with educational institutions (e.g., schools, universities) and corporate entities to both support educational initiatives and strengthen brand outreach.
    • Strategically expand the platform for conducting activities to reach a broader target audience and enhance engagement.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with all partners.
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Manage the allocation and scheduling of teachers/speakers from the OD, IGNITE, and TCASTER management teams for branch and partner activities.
  • School & Partner Activity Management: Oversee the entire activity flow/checklist, including;
    • Pre-event: Gather pre-insight information from customer data and partner needs.
    • Event Day: Prepare equipment, documents, media, and prizes for distribution.
    • Post-event: Summarize and send information for prize delivery to customers, and compile post-event satisfaction evaluations.
  • Logistics & Support: Schedule and facilitate travel arrangements for speakers and staff attending events.
  • Financial & Administrative Support:
    • Prepare memos and handle expense reimbursements for branches, especially when central support is required for school events (e.g., sponsor memos for school events).
    • Reconcile travel expenses, food costs, and media-related costs for speakers as applicable.
  • Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports on leads, sales figures, expenditures, and the performance/ROI of partnership initiatives.
What You Bring

  • Proven experience in coordination, administration, partnership development, or project support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external teams/partners.
  • Proficiency in managing schedules and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to resolve issues.
  • Experience with financial reconciliation and report generation is a plus.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
