Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven professional to lead external expert engagement and capability development.

Budget range (Total package): 150K-200K per month (Base salary plus allowance) plus other competitive benefits.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in stakeholder engagement, scientific communication, with mixed experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Training, and Non-Commercial marketing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic inputs to develop scientific partnerships with HCPs/KOLs and local scientific associations.
  • Serve as the key liaison for external experts and HCPs, build trusted, compliant, and long-term professional relationships.
  • Lead initiatives such as advisory boards, speaker programs, and peer learning.
  • Strategies and develop structured scientific education programs for HCPs.
  • Initiate new product education initiatives to support and enhance HCP clinical experience.
  • Improve existing tools and develop novel capabilities for KOL identification, profiling, and engagement.
  • Manage both in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and compliant.
  • Evaluate and improve programs based on feedback.
  • Align closely with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure all activities comply with SOPs and local regulations.
  • Gather field insights to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all HCP interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the Sciences field plus Master's degree in any fields. (Ph.D. is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, Clinical training, Medical affairs, or Healthcare education.
  • Clinical Training in Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
  • Tech savvy with digital tools, omni-channel experience is hight advantage.
  • Strong understanding of scientific communication, clinical collaboration, and program management.
  • Experience managing KOLs or external expert networks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to manage professional discussions in both languages.
