Job Summary
Lead and drive Supply Chain Platform improvement projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and end-to-end integration. This role focuses on process co-design, platform strategy development, and aligning solutions with SCGP architecture framework.
Job Description
- Lead Supply Chain Platform projects, covering project management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management
- Co-design supply chain processes and systems with process owners and software implementers to improve operational efficiency
- Identify and explore platform improvement opportunities with product owners and key stakeholders
- Develop and design supply chain platform strategies aligned with SCGP architecture framework
- Ensure end-to-end process integration and support scalable system development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
- 13 years of experience in supply chain, platform improvement, system development, or related areas
- Knowledge of Data Analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to support data-driven analysis
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to work across functions
- Good analytical thinking, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC Score > 550)
- Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok)
