SCM Vice Manager (Chinese Speaking)

WHA1, Khao Khunsong, Sriracha, Chonburi

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Develop and manage production planning to meet customer demand and business objectives.
3. Plan and optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and control costs.
4. Manage all incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accurate inventory and on-time delivery.
5. Monitor supply chain performance, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
7. Lead, coach, and evaluate team members while coordinating cross-functional activities.
8. Coordinate internal resources to support business growth and achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics.
3. Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and production planning.
4. Experience with SAP, ERP, or other supply chain management systems.
5. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily business communication.
