Enable Agile delivery by driving team performance, ensuring transparency, and aligning delivery with business objectives in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint execution end-to-end
- Plan and prioritize work based on capacity, velocity, and business needs
- Track delivery metrics and ensure visibility of progress, risks, and issues
- Remove impediments and improve team flow, quality, and collaboration
- Coach team to be self-organizing and continuously improving
- Partner with Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, clear requirements, and business value
- Support scope alignment and manage expectation between business and delivery
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement across team and organizational processes, tools, and delivery flow
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science, or business-related field (for business-process related teams)
- 5+ years experience in a technical or engineering role, or business-related role (for business-process related teams)
- 2+ years experience as Scrum Master or Agile delivery role
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Understanding of SDLC in enterprise environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across business and technical teams
Preferred
- Experience in Banking / FinTech / regulated environments
- Experience in multi-team or large-scale delivery
- Familiarity with DevOps / CI/CD practices
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM)
