Facilitates process of working with Feature owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint
Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that stakeholders are informed about program progress and key milestones (incl. change management support)
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis to provide insights into program performance, progress, and key metrics
Manage progress by facilitating agile events (incl. coordinate sprint planning, daily standups, and review/retrospective sessions) and helping team members overcome roadblocks
Manage program documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and other relevant documentation
Contribute to the identification, tracking, and resolution of program risks and issues. Work with Program Leads to develop mitigation strategies
Help track metrics (inputs, outputs, and outcomes) for team; monitors these on ongoing basis
Skills / Experience
Thai native / Thai nationality only
Bachelor's degree in a relevant fields i.e. Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences or Information Technology
Experience leading a team of 5+ members
Previous experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably in large-scale programs
Experience in managing complex programs, handling a wide range of responsibilities, and contributing to strategic decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Knowledge of program and project management methodologies (experience in Agile ways of working is preferred)
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Familiarity with risk management, financial management, and governance principles
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards
Manage and administer project management tools and systems used within the PMO, working alongside scrum master to ensure that the tools/ trackers are up to date/ standard
