Position: Scrum Master – Offshore

Work Location: Offshore / Remote - INDIA

Working Hours: EST Hours

Experience: 3+ Years of Direct Scrum Master Experience

Must-Have Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills – Mandatory

Strong eCommerce / Web Environment experience preferred

3+ years of experience leading Scrum & Kanban teams

Hands-on experience with JIRA

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban & SAFe

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies

Strong coaching, mentoring, facilitation & problem-solving skills

Experience driving continuous improvement using Agile metrics

Experience working within software development / software delivery teams

Experience with AI Agents supporting Jira feature decomposition, story creation, and related Product Owner activities

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.

• Create an environment focused on accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Remove impediments and help teams resolve blockers effectively.

• Track, manage, and close external dependencies.

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog/Sprint Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives using JIRA.

• Partner with Agile Delivery teams and other Scrum Masters to improve delivery execution.

• Ensure teams understand and consistently follow the organization's Agile framework, processes, and guidelines.

• Use Agile metrics to identify opportunities for improved team performance and delivery.

• Support multiple solution requests simultaneously across Marketing, Design, Sales, Supply Chain, and other business functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field preferred.

• 3+ years of direct experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong experience working with Scrum and Kanban teams.

• Advanced understanding of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

• Hands-on JIRA experience.

• Strong knowledge of Agile leading practices.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
