Monitor Shopee retail and consignment business inventory levels and replenishment as needed to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with suppliers to get the best deal of stock amount and price
Prepare Purchase Orders based on approved requisitions and selected suppliers.
Review the quality of purchase and inbound products and investigate market prices.
Support the suppliers and Warehouse team daily, including data analysis to achieve an inbound plan.
Coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal teams to arrange product arrival, stock and storage reservations, transactions, and payments.
Complete the supplier's profile and product details, e.g. UPC, and total shelf life, including a guide purchasing price database related to Warehouse management and accounts payable.
Collaborate with other departments across the organization (e.g. Finance, Marketing Supply Chain, Business Development) to deliver the company target.
To be able to give recommendations and resolutions in terms of the overall procurement process and improvement.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or similar field.
At least 2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of procurement systems and supply chain planning
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written); proficient in both English and Thai
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, willing to learn, able to negotiate and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Knowledge of management, problem-solving skills, ability to handle an unexpected situation including tactfulness and thoroughness.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Accurate and precise attention to detail.

Good analysis in MS office.
