Hiring: Sea Export Operations Supervisor | Freight Forwarding
We are currently partnering with a leading international freight forwarding company to find a Sea Export Operations Supervisor to strengthen their operations team in Bangkok.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Sea Export Operations team to ensure service excellence
- Oversee daily export operations and drive process improvements
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and utilization
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and performance feedback
- Support cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team
- Manage and resolve escalated operational issues across countries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal service standards
- Monitor team performance and continuously improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sea export operations
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience (integrated operations preferred)
- Proven background in international freight forwarding
- Strong command of English
- Experience using CargoWise is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in shifts
