How you create impact

You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following keyobjectives.

To ensure compliance with customs laws + regulations.
To demonstrate knowledge of Free Trade Agreements, being able to provide advice as well as verification ofCertificate of Origin documents.
To demonstrate knowledge of import/export licenses to key stakeholders.
To classify goods for customs clearance activity in an accurate manner.
To perform accurate calculation on customs duties, taxes, + fees.
To conduct risk assessments for high-risk shipments.
To streamline customs procedures as well as collaborating with stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring

Minimum 1 year of experience in customs freight forwarding or similar industry.
Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations with basic understanding of import and export documentation and processes.
Possess basic English communication skills (reading and writing).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and data management systems.
