Position Description: Under direction of the Senior Golf Course Manager, the Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for accurately selling green fees, rentals, merchandise sales, and processing payments and discounts.
Additional Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Preparing revenue reports, counting money, and preparing deposits.
- Enforcing golf course etiquette rules.
- Answering inquiries and scheduling tee times.
- Assisting in snack shop operations (must be at least 18 years old to handle, serve, or sell alcohol).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Position Requirements
- Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle money accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Variable work schedule (MarchNovember).
- Required to work flexible hours, weekends, evenings and holidays.
