Secretary Support Associate - Vietnamese

About the role

This role supports corporate governance, compliance, and administrative functions across legal entity management, corporate affairs, and stakeholder engagement. You will manage board and shareholder meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate corporate events, and maintain governance documentation for subsidiary entities and Vietnam market operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor legal, regulatory, economic, and political developments in Vietnam and relevant international markets
  • Collect, summarize, and translate key news and articles related to SABECO, Vinamilk, ThaiBev-related entities, competitors, and relevant parties
  • Prepare compliance-related memos, summaries, and activity reports for management and relevant internal units
  • Support corporate affairs and company events, including hospitality arrangements, executive visits, and event coordination
  • Develop onboarding materials, process documentation, and training programs to support operations and management readiness
  • Manage legal entity meetings (AGM, BOD, ExCom, SRMC), including scheduling, agenda preparation, invitations, materials, and minute-taking
  • Draft, review, and coordinate documents with internal legal teams and external legal firms to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and manage documents requiring Directors execution, including coordination of signing processes
  • Track statutory submission deadlines and maintain compliance records to support timely filings and audits
  • Prepare Vietnam-related reports and official letters in English and Vietnamese for internal and external use

About you

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Executive Support, or related functions
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, board/shareholder meeting administration, and regulatory compliance processes
  • Strong skills in preparing reports, meeting minutes, official correspondence, and business documents
  • Excellent coordination, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Good command of English, Thai, and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
  • Experience in multinational companies or exposure to Vietnam-related business operations will be an advantage
