This role combines executive-level administrative support with technical coordination responsibilities. You will work closely with the COO, supporting daily operations while acting as a central point for tracking and coordinating technical issues across internal teams and external partners. The position suits a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable professional who is comfortable following up independently, organizing complex information, and bridging business and technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the COO's daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and administrative priorities
- Prepare documents, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up summaries
- Coordinate tasks and communication across Operations, Finance, HR, and Tech teams
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Receive, log, and structure technical issues reported by internal teams
- Investigate issues by testing, replicating problems, collecting screenshots, and summarizing findings
- Coordinate with external vendors and technical partners to report, track, and follow up on issues
- Monitor issue progress, provide status updates, and support timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues, vendor communications, and resolutions
- Support COO-led initiatives, small projects, and operational tasks as assigned
- Assist with onboarding new tools or systems through basic testing and documentation
- Perform routine system checks and escalate irregularities when identified
Requirements
- Native or fluent Thai and English (C1 level), written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline
- Fast learner with the ability to understand new systems independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an advantage (not mandatory)
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or technical support is a plus
