Section Manager - Last Mile Performance

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can also support Operations Analyst tasks. This role is responsible for analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and business performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations, finance, and management teams to support data-driven decision-making and point the opportunity to improve the performance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support daily operational reporting and analysis
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Track operational metrics such as productivity, cost, turnaround time, and quality
• Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Support process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
