Section Manager Organization Development

Responsibilities

• Support organization design and organization effectiveness projects through data analysis and organizational diagnostics.
• Analyze workforce and organizational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in transformation and change initiatives, including communication and implementation activities.
• Support culture, team effectiveness, and organizational health programs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Organization Development, Organization Design, HR, or Change Management.
• Understanding of organizational structure, workforce planning, and organization effectiveness principles.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Good English communication skills.
