Site Security Manager
Overview
G4S Thailand is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to oversee the physical security operations for a major new technical facility in the Rayong/Sunbury region. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of a 50-person security team, ensuring strict adherence to the global standards of a leading technology client. Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the daily operational and administrative activities necessary to fulfill all contract service requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client while coordinating daily with international stakeholders across APAC
- Lead security exercises and drive continuous improvement programs to strengthen the site's overall security posture.
- Administer a 24/7 shift system, including roster development and overtime management for a 50-person security force.
- Audit physical security systems regularly to ensure full functionality and mitigate any risks to site safety.
- Complete specialised certification training at the client's APAC based facility and lead the subsequent rollout of localized training for the Thailand-based team.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience managing large security teams of 30 or more staff.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Thai for reporting and liaison.
- Proven experience in conducting and evaluating complex emergency drills, including fire, medical, and site-wide lockdown scenarios.
- Ability to translate and explain global operating procedures for local teams.
- Willingness to reside locally with the flexibility to work in a remote area.
- Maturity and professionalism suitable for senior-level client engagement.
