Security Manager

Job Description

Health, Safety and Security Manager, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security, safety, and occupational health at the property. This role ensures the protection of guests, team members, assets, brand and property reputation by implementing effective security/safety strategies, emergency response protocols, and occupational health and safety standards in compliance with local laws and company policies. This position reports to Executive Assistant Manager-Operations.

Qualifications

• Certified in Security and Safety Management (e.g. Certifications in OHS, fire safety, CPR/First Aid, or equivalent.)
• Ability to deal with related Thai authorities and concerned Thai government agencies as deemed necessary.
• Proficient in English and Thai and computer literate.
• Proactive and highly motivated Security Professional.
• Has experience in managing firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors and knowledge of occupational health and safety.
• Five years experiencein the hotel security department including but not limited in handling various emergencies and issues that can arise in relation to hotel security and is able to advise management on all security matters.
• Good personality with excellent communication and strong service minded.
