Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve security strategies to protect employees, facilities, and company assets.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify threats, and drive mitigation measures for both operational and newly constructed facilities.
  • Manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring proper deployment of security personnel and technology across the main factory and smaller company locations.
  • Oversee CCTV, access control, server rooms, perimeter protection, and alarm systems, ensuring activation, maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Lead contractor oversight during the construction-to-operations transition, ensuring vendors follow access, escorting, and safety protocols.
  • Supervise third-party security vendors and ensure compliance with company policies, performance KPIs, and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure operational readiness and maintenance of all security infrastructure; recommend upgrades when required.
  • Maintain compliance with C-TPAT and global supply chain security standards through audits, walkthroughs, and corrective action planning.
  • Lead investigations related to theft, fraud, workplace misconduct, and operational breaches in collaboration with HR and Legal.
  • Develop, implement, and test emergency response protocols for fire, natural disasters, active threats, and civil unrest.
  • Conduct drills and training programs to strengthen crisis preparedness and security awareness.
  • Serve as the point of contact for incident escalation and coordination, and be available during emergencies or critical events.
  • Support executive protection activities under the KPP plan, including risk assessments and travel security preparations.
  • Lead security awareness programs to strengthen internal vigilance and security culture.

    Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in risk management, security investigations, and emergency response planning.
  • Experience with C-TPAT compliance, audits, and customer security support is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and modern security technologies.
  • Proven ability to liaise with law enforcement, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to travel regionally and support cross-site audits, assessments, or emergency escalations.
  • Experience with coordination with senior management, vendors, local authorities, and government agencies.
  • 7-10 years of experience in corporate security, military, law enforcement, or a related field (10 years preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
