Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end seed production operations, ensuring target volume, quality, and cost efficiency
- Oversee seed processing activities to meet quality, purity, and compliance standards
- Manage pre-basic and foundation seed production, ensuring high genetic purity (target 99.5%+)
- Develop and execute production and operational plans aligned with business and supply chain requirements
- Optimize plant operations, including manpower, machinery utilization, and raw material planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance productivity
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods in accordance with production plans and customer demand
- Lead engineering and maintenance functions, including preventive maintenance and machinery upgrades
- Manage budgeting and cost control, ensuring operations stay within approved financial targets
- Build and lead high-performing teams, including performance management, capability development, and succession planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in plant/production management, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Good command of English
