About The Team

Senior FBS Cross Border Specialist is a leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of key operational tasks that ensure Chinese and Korean cross border sellers success and satisfaction.

This position goes beyond day-to-day tasks to analyze performance, lead complex issue resolution, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced and proactive individual with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong commitment to enhancing the overall seller and buyer experience.

Job Description

  • Replenishment and Inbound Compliance: Lead the optimization of replenishment processes and enforce seller compliance with inbound procedures, proactively identifying and resolving systemic bottlenecks.
  • Operational Oversight: Take ownership of inbound and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) updates, proactively managing and resolving exceptions.
  • Capacity and Ops Monitoring: Take the lead in warehouse capacity planning and monitor key operational SLAs (Service Level Agreements), implementing corrective actions to ensure performance targets are met.
  • RTS Management: Oversee and manage the Return to Seller (RTS) process, analyzing data to minimize returns and improve efficiency.
  • Seller/SKU Churn Prevention: Develop and implement proactive strategies for seller and SKU churn prevention, analyzing data to identify at-risk accounts.
  • Seller and Buyer Satisfaction: Act as a final point of contact for complex issues, driving initiatives to enhance overall seller and buyer satisfaction.
  • Escalation Resolution: Independently manage and resolve high-level escalations, working cross-functionally with internal teams to provide swift and effective solutions.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed quarterly or monthly performance reports to sellers, providing strategic insights and recommendations for growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations management, Logistics or similar fields.
  • >3-5 years of experience as Operations fields or above
  • Strong in English communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to both sellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solver and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to analyze data, performance reporting and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems or E-commerce Expertise is a plus.
