Role and Responsibilities:
- Maximizes equipment reliability and availability by returning equipment to design standards through use of production planning.
- Involve in automation machine project.
- Writing and troubleshooting PLC ladder diagram using SIEMENS etc.
- Writing and troubleshooting HMI touch panel.
- Programming of robots & servo system.
- Prepare circuit diagram for wiring.
- Order and verify materials, spare parts and, monitor and respond to KPI data prompts, with MES system, and Document Management System, and other computer applications as appropriate.
- Manage and maintain data of change part and spare part inventory are available to meet daily and weekly plan with the need for equipment reliability through pro-active maintenance.
- Perform all quality checks and tests as described in standard work instructions.
- Communicates job expectations to a team, plans, monitors, and job results.
- Coaches and counsels to help employees meet performance standards.
- Maintains a qualified staff by seeking opportunities to expand their knowledge and abilities.
- Ensure continuous learning and development plan had been implemented including technical skill matrix, employee multi skill training.
- Manage employee performance to ensure they perform their duties according to procedure efficiently.
- Responsible for inspection of all machines, electrical equipment, measuring tools and testing tools with appropriate condition to ensure smooth operation of site.
- Conduct risk assessments of processes to provide safety at work and appropriate tools as necessary.
- Ensure the working environment in accordance with health, safety, environment and wellbeing.
- Perform and strive to meet quality objectives, Company KPIs / Department KPIs and target objectives, environment, occupational health and safety including various project plans of the department to achieve common objectives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience in Automation field.
- Min 5-7 years experience in PLC SIEMENS and etc.
- Experience in programming of robot and servo program.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Good in written and spoken in English.
- Native proficiency in Thai
