Senior Finance and HR Executive

Based in Bangkok, Thailand

Organization Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational backbone of the Bangkok office, ensuring financial processes, employee administration, and general office activities run efficiently and professionally. The role works closely with the Managing Director – APAC and coordinates financial consolidation with the Regional Finance Head.This opportunity is well-suited to professionals who enjoy operating within an international environment and taking ownership across finance coordination, people administration, and business operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Maintain the full set of accounts, including recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and performing monthly bank reconciliations.

Cash Flow & Cost Control: Monitor liquidity and working capital while tracking expenditures to ensure the efficient use of company resources.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure the company meets all local tax regulations, accounting standards, and labor laws, while coordinating internal and external audits.

Human Resources: Supervise monthly payroll processing, manage employee records, and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

Personnel Development: Administer staff benefits and insurance programs while coordinating performance evaluations and training processes.

Office Stewardship: Manage daily administrative functions, including facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and workplace safety standards.

Logistics Support: Handle corporate travel arrangements, company events, and provide ad hoc support for operational projects.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, or a related commercial field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration.
  • CPA or ACCA qualifications preferable
  • Solid understanding of local tax laws, financial regulations, and payroll systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experienced with CRM or ERP systems. Experience in ISAH software is preferable.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for effective regional collaboration.
  • Highly organized multitasker with the ability to handle confidential information with absolute professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of international shipping or logistics is considered an advantage.
