About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to support the day-to-day management of key client accounts while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams. You will play a critical role in keeping projects moving, maintaining relationship health, and contributing to strategic conversations beyond campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day execution and delivery of integrated marketing and social campaigns across digital platforms.
- Maintain a strong understanding of clients business objectives, competitive landscape, and category dynamics.
- Coordinate closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, or performance issues and escalate solutions appropriately.
- Contribute to the development of campaign plans, presentations, and proposals to the highest agency standards.
- Deliver clear and timely communication of client feedback and internal updates across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor account health and support leadership with regular status reporting and relationship tracking.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of creative and media fundamentals across major digital and social platforms.
- Bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong curiosity about digital culture and consumer behavior.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of account servicing experience within a creative or integrated advertising agency.
- Foundational understanding of marketing and media principles, with strong familiarity across social and digital ecosystems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with experience supporting client presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative thinker with exposure to campaign planning and idea development.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and commitment to building trusted client relationships.
- High-performance mindset with the ability to set ambitious goals and deliver against them.
