Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an agency, Strategic Planning, Client Service, or KOL/Influencer Marketing
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Solid understanding of campaign processes, creative processes, and marketing communications
- Strong coordination skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Slides / PowerPoint / Excel
- Hands-on experience using Project Management Tools and AI Tools in real work scenarios
- Professional personality, punctual, highly responsible, and growth-oriented mindset
- Knowledge in KOL/Influencer marketing, Social Listening, or Data Dashboards is a plus
Tasks & responsibilities
- Analyze client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs
- Develop marketing and communication strategies (Digital Strategy / Content Strategy / Influencer Strategy)
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams to define campaign direction
- Review work quality before client submission and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate and manage timelines across multiple projects to ensure smooth execution
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for client presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage communications, and resolve issues proactively
- Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams to explore new ideas
- Support and coach AE team members in process management and coordination
