Job Responsibilities

• Record and track purchase tax invoices using accounting software.
• Manage email queries and communicate with hotel and tour suppliers in Thailand regarding payments and tax invoice receipts.
• Manage suppliers on pre-buy/floating deposit accounts
• Support office administrative activities as assigned.
• Coordinate with banks for payments, transfers, and other financial tasks.
• Assist in preparing documents required for statutory compliances, reporting and other purposes.
• Assist in general accounting tasks and financial reconciliations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPD License (preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience preferred; prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with accounting software (Tally preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Efficient typing speed (Min 30 WPM)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Eager and quick to learn or adapt

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
