Job Description

Lead and expand EPAM's strategic oil & gas portfolio across Thailand and APAC as a Senior Account Manager, driving business development, executive stakeholder engagement and long-term account growth. Leverage your established Thai energy network to unlock upstream opportunities and deliver data, AI and digital transformation solutions in partnership with global teams on high-impact, enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Thailand's oil & gas and energy sector, particularly within upstream, exploration, and production organizations
  • Present our capabilities in data consolidation, AI solutions, and digital transformation initiatives aligned to energy operations
  • Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts through consultative engagement and solution-oriented partnership
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategic proposals to deepen relationships and support sustainable account growth
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, negotiations, and contract management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to strengthen market presence

Requirements

  • Strong network and established relationships within Thailand's oil & gas or broader energy ecosystem
  • Experience in business development, enterprise sales or strategic account management within the energy or industrial sectors
  • Solid understanding of upstream oil & gas operations and related technology or digital transformation needs
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through consultative, value-led selling and long-term partnership building
  • Commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, financial management and revenue forecasting
  • Exposure to data platforms, AI, analytics or digital solutions and ability to explain to business stakeholders, technical literacy preferred
  • Professional fluency in Thai and English, with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders
