About the Role
The Senior Account Manager Global Food Services will play a key role in managing customer relationships, driving commercial growth, and ensuring seamless execution of projects across the food manufacturing and service supply chain. This is a dynamic and collaborative position for a commercially driven professional who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer partnership. The role requires a combination of business acumen, technical understanding of food processes, and cross-functional leadership across R&D, finance, and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Business Management
- Manage assigned regional and global food service accounts, ensuring long-term growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, business models, and innovation needs.
- Conduct business reviews, identify new opportunities, and proactively propose solutions that add value to both the customer and Tyson.
Commercial Development
- Lead commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract renewals in alignment with company goals.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to support growth planning and account expansion.
- Collaborate with internal finance and commercial teams to manage pricing structures and cost-to-serve efficiency.
Project Leadership
- Drive end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, product development, production scheduling, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to coordinate project execution, trials, and commercialization.
- Monitor project progress, anticipate potential risks, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison between commercial, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, presenting commercial insights and customer feedback.
- Support innovation projects by linking customer briefs with Tyson's product capabilities and long-term strategy.
Market Expansion & Strategic Initiatives
- Contribute to Tyson's regional expansion by identifying new channels or partnerships across Asia Pacific.
- Provide inputs to regional marketing and innovation teams on emerging market opportunities.
- Build networks with industry stakeholders to strengthen Tyson's positioning within the food service ecosystem.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in managing large, complex accounts and driving commercial growth.
- Experience in global food service markets, particularly in the Asia Pacific region, is highly desirable.
