Job Description

The Senior Sales Consultant Infra Accounts is responsible for driving sales growth by delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions to clients across enterprise sectors. This role focuses on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities in digital transformation, and offering tailored solutions from leading platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud. As a senior individual contributor, the role combines consultative selling expertise with deep technical understanding to close deals, support pre-sales processes, and build long-term client relationships. The Senior Sales Consultant also plays a mentoring role within the team and supports overall strategic execution under the leadership of the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities within infrastructure and cloud solution accounts.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue across both new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team pipeline growth.

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Conduct client needs assessments and propose cloud and infrastructure solutions tailored to their technical and business goals.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and pre-sales teams to craft proposals, presentations, and solution designs.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their cloud journey and digital transformation strategies.
  • Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including negotiation and closing.

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to support team sales goals and ensure smooth handovers to implementation.
  • Be a part of event organizers (Moderator, Speaker, etc.) to connect customers and generate potential leads.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and knowledge sharing to junior sales team members as needed.

Market & Product Insight

  • Stay current on trends in cloud technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform capabilities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 46 years of sales experience, with a strong background in selling infrastructure, cloud services, or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions in simple business terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
