What You&aposll Do:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Receive and translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
- Deeply understand our clients&apos businesses, goals, and target audiences.
- Proactively monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Provide clients with consistent and timely updates on project progress.
Project & Team Coordination
- Create and deliver comprehensive briefs to the creative team based on client needs.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all teams meet their deadlines.
- Actively anticipate and propose solutions or backup plans for potential challenges.
- Conduct initial quality checks on all deliverables (e.g., content, artwork, captions, videos) before they are sent to the client.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
- Manage project-related budgets, production needs, and file delivery.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met.
- Gather key learnings and provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
Quality Control & Reporting
- Verify content for accuracy, spelling, and alignment with the original brief.
- Manage the approval process from both internal teams and clients before final posting.
- Compile comprehensive reports summarising key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions) for clients.
Problem-Solving
- Proactively manage and resolve on-the-spot issues, such as sudden brief changes or urgent requests.
- Effectively communicate solutions and ensure alignment across all teams.
What You Should Have:
- 7-10 years of experience in an Account Manager or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a digital or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a track record of delivering high client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and a diverse range of teams.
- Strategic and business-minded, with the ability to understand client needs and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
