The company operates certified production facilities in Chonburi and raw material collection stations in Chanthaburi and Chumphon, ensuring high quality and food safety through standards such as BRC, HACCP, ISO22000, GMP, HALAL, and KOSHER. 3 Seasons Fruit Industry offers a one-stop service from raw material collection to finished goods and export, including both OEM and retail packaging. The company exports about 90% of its products worldwide, supplying frozen fruit, freeze-dried snacks, and freeze-dried powders used in food, beverages, cosmetics, and nutritional products. Its strengths include strict quality control, a focus on natural taste, and a long-term partnership approach with both own brands and customized private labels.

Role Description The Senior Account Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok, responsible for managing financial and customer-related activities to support the company's export operations. This role includes preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. The Senior Account Officer will handle client billing, coordinate with sales and operations teams on pricing and contracts, and ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international transactions. Daily tasks also involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving account issues, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting compliance with relevant financial and company policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, including experience with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting only.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and accounting software(CD and Ecount) and familiarity with export or manufacturing environments, is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work under time constraints are important.
• Ability to communicate in English. and thailand law is beneficial.
