Responsibilities
General Ledger & Accounting
- Prepare and post journal entries following accounting policies.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger with proper accrual documentation.
- Handle postings for fixed assets, inventory, AP/AR, accruals, provisions, and payroll.
Closing & Reporting
- Support the month-end and year-end closing.
- Assist with financial reporting under local GAAP and IFRS, including HFM preparation.
- Analyse financial data and ensure budget vs. actual consistency.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the SSC Team Lead and colleagues in Prachinburi.
- Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders.
- Help improve SSC processes continuously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Accounting certification is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a positive team environment in the SSC.
- Good command of English (mandatory).
