Senior Accountant (AP & GL)

Job Description

• Review completeness of charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
• Review all payments are processed and on a timely manner by comply with the company's policy and tax regulation
• Review correctness and abnormal transcactions of detail of accounts (reconcile accounts)
• Control the change of AP master to be proper
• Co-ordinate and work with concerned department
• Assist supervisor in the improvement of operational processes and system and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Age between 30- 35 year's old
• At least three years's experience in accounting field
• Good knowledge in WHT, Vat and Tax
• Computer literate in Microsoft office and Oracle software is an advantage
• Good command of English
• Proactive, initiative, independent and good interpersonal skills
