Perform accounting and financial related tasks, liaison with other departments to ensure accurate financial reports.
Job Responsibility
Perform day to day accounting and record keeping activities, including but not limited to
1. Accounting
- Full loop accounting transaction and monthly closing.
- Post-closing reports and report to parent company - Delta
- Invoices issue and liaison with customers for any discrepancies.
- I/C reconciliation
2. Tax
- Verify and submit monthly WHT and VAT
- Corporate Income tax filing and submission
3. External Coordination
- Annual audit and related reporting package
- Local tax authority contact
- Bank contact for routine tasks
4. Cash management
- Normal treasury task
- Local banks contact window and routine tasks
- Cash forecast by monthly basis and cash management
5. Others
- Prepare reports as required per parent company request.
- Local routine support.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor or Higher degree in accounting or relevant field
- At least 3 years of accounting experience (Healthcare field experience will be a plus)
- Fluency in English
- Good command of IFRS and TFRS for NPAEs.
- Has cost accounting experience is preferred.
- Can do multiple tasks
