Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! You will handle the Accounts Payable & Cost duties. As a
Senior Accountant, you're not just handling the duties of the General Ledger – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- General Ledger Oversight: Manage and reconcile ledger accounts, ensuring proper documentation.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Audit Coordination: Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise junior accountants and support their development.
- Budget & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to accounting processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external partners on financial matters.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting and operational management
- Basic computational proficiency and system familiarity
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Resourceful, adaptable, and team-focused
- Experience in line operations and labor management preferred
