As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Office in Bangkok and play a key role in supporting the financial success of our growing business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager based in Sydney, Australia office, you will support the financial operations of La Vie Group's SSEA 3 (small) corporate entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and financial control.

This role offers excellent exposure to corporate finance, hospitality operations and regional business management, making it an ideal opportunity for an accountant looking to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Closing of month-end including accruals, prepayments and other month-end journals.
• Prepare regular and timely financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Monthly invoicing and revenue reporting processes.
• Small volume of processing of supplier payments and payroll.
• Small volume of managing accounts receivable and customer account follow-up.
• Managing GST/VAT and withholding tax compliance.
• Preparing tax filings, reconciliations and supporting statutory reporting requirements.
• Assisting with management reporting and consolidated financial reporting.
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Assisting with financial analysis and business performance reporting.
• Supporting continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.

About You

You are organised, analytical and take pride in producing accurate financial information. You enjoy solving problems, meeting deadlines and working collaboratively across different teams. As your manager will be based in Sydney, Australia, you enjoy a level of independence whilst still being support from the Bangkok regional office as well as the Sydney finance team.

You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification or progress towards qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and taxation requirements.
• Strong Excel and financial systems capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within hospitality, tourism or property industries.
• Experience working across multiple entities or business units.
• Exposure to management reporting and financial analysis.
