Senior Accounting Manager Rayong
Job Description
An automotive manufacturing is looking for senior accounting manager. The successful candidate will be report to CFO and be in charge of the accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end period-end closing (monthly, quarterly, annual) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Manage external audit coordination, statutory reporting, and banking compliance requirements.
- Supervise fixed asset accounting processes, including asset tracking, capitalization, and proper accounting treatment.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting procedures, systems, and internal control frameworks.
- Support ad-hoc accounting analysis, cost allocation initiatives, and special finance projects.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the accounting team.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and support day-to-day treasury/banking activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPD or professional certification preferred.
- At least 7 years experience in accounting and taxation, ideally within multinational companies.
- Prior exposure to shared services or centralized accounting environments is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Thai tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office 365; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
