What you will do:
- Lead the design of high level affiliate marketing models and own new strategic initiatives, primarily focusing on driving external traffic to TikTok Shop and other emerging growth projects.
- Manage complex budgets and aggressively scale top performing campaigns using strict traffic filtering methods to eliminate wasted spend and drive significant GMV growth.
- Guide the team in creating data driven content strategies for major promotional events, analyzing performance to prioritize the most profitable product categories and link structures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to generate creative ideas for new business initiatives like dropshipping and brand building.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital media.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and hitting major GMV targets.
- Strong ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics, digital media, and content strategy.
- A team player who is humble, organized, and results oriented.
- Proactive and self motivated, ready to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
