Role Overview:
As an AI & Data Engineer (Generative AI) at Jenosize, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI models. You'll work with cross-functional teams to build innovative applications that leverage large language models, computer vision, and data-driven insights for real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) for various applications.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI and recommend innovative approaches.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, focusing on data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI models.
- Proficient in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), diffusion models, or other generative techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with API development, model deployment, and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
