Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Adoption, as well as Voice AI, Conversational AI/Chatbots, Image & Video Processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML applications and systems across both backend and frontend environments.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code using technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Develop and optimize AI-powered applications, including Voice Bots, Chatbots, and Multimodal AI systems.
- Design and implement AI pipelines for model training, inference, and real-time processing.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Apply software security best practices, including input validation, authentication, authorization, secure API design, and mitigation of vulnerabilities based on OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
- Integrate security considerations throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate closely with the Information Security team to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech AI, and Language Models.
- Explore innovative ideas through research and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and present new AI initiatives and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role such as AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Python (primary language), with proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Voice AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, including: Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Voice Bots, Voice Biometrics, LLM-based chatbots (e.g., OpenAI, Llama, or similar models)
- Solid understanding of Computer Vision concepts and applications, including Object Detection, Face Recognition, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
- Experience developing AI solutions using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of secure coding principles and the ability to design secure systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices (e.g., PDPA and OWASP).
- Knowledge of system design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, strong learning agility, innovative thinking, and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
