Senior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Integration

• Develop and maintain LLM-based components, including prompt templates, embeddings, and vector search integrations.
• Contribute to agentic AI workflows that leverage tools, APIs, and plugins for intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with senior AI engineers to prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered features into production environments.
• Integrate and experiment with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar ecosystems.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance, reliability, and safety across deployed models.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and platform teams to support cross-functional AI initiatives.
• Participate in research and experimentation to evaluate new LLM models, embeddings, and orchestration techniques.
• Contribute to Esko's ongoing efforts toward responsible and secure AI deployment.
