Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) - Thai to work on a full-time basis. The role involves evaluating a new personalization feature for an advanced AI model by assessing how well it integrates past conversations, emails, search, and activity to generate relevant responses. Candidates must demonstrate Thai language proficiency and analytical rigor in assessing model outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative, multi-turn prompts based on personal context to thoroughly test the model's personalization capabilities.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for grounding, integration, and helpfulness using a side-by-side comparison approach.

• Identify incorrect personalization, poor inferences, and forced connections in model outputs.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing subtle differences in nuanced AI responses.

• Operate within a 24-hour global team schedule with full-time availability in your local time zone.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write Thai with a high degree of competence as the primary focus language.

• Willingness to use a primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources for authentic evaluation.

• Strong analytical thinking to assess nuanced and ambiguous AI responses.

• Experience in creative prompt engineering for personalization testing scenarios.

• Understanding of personalization concepts including grounding, integration, and helpfulness metrics.

• Familiarity with side-by-side comparison methodologies for evaluating AI outputs.

• Ability to identify incorrect inferences and forced connections in model responses.

• Commitment to full-time availability in your local time zone within a 24-hour global operations team.
