Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in the Engine Controls & Accessories Technical Service (ECATS) India Team you will be responsible for addressing the in-service quality and cost drivers of Engine Controls and Accessories for General aviation, Business aviation, Regionals and Helicopter programs. Leading a team of experts, you will have the opportunity to participate and lead integrated product teams (IPT) and influence the mitigation and corrective action on a part / engine, which could affect the safety, reliability, maintainability & availability of a product or the cost of operation of P&WC engines.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support Field Event Management (Screen Team Meetings) with the required information to support ECATS Program Focal & ECATS Technical Specialist on RFA decision
  • Responsible of RFA (Request for action) creation, and assignment of actions in Enovia
  • Responsible of the complete accessories investigation life cycle
  • Work closely with Customer support, front-line team & PWCS (Pratt Whitney component solution) for accessories return process
  • Responsible to meet the Investigation KPI parameters (TAT, FNF%, Missed Investigation and Customer mood)
  • Conduct technical review of Shop Finding reports, and coordinate approval with the ECATS Technical Specialist
  • Support ECATS Monthly program reliability reviews, and identify accessories emerging issues
  • Support ECATS Quarterly reliability review meetings, identify accessories top drivers, systemic issues, and trends
  • Support PMA (Parts manufacturing approval) and ICA Coordination for EIS programs
  • Deliver Process Improvements & drive Best Practice s across the program

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Any Bachelor s/ Master s degree with 02 to 05 years of experience
  • Experience user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Lean tools and concepts
  • Understanding of the aerospace industry, aero engines and good analytical capabilities
  • Proven track record of pro-activeness and taking accountability for his/her own work and supporting others where required to achieve success
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive outlook when presented with challenges. Ability to communicate effectively and challenge peers and seniors when required.
  • Ability to lead standard and/or medium complex technical work packages and deliver successfully and to quality. Demonstrated focus on driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of making good decisions based on limited information and working with ambiguity. Ability to define and implement plans that achieve the business intent without being given detailed instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work effectively
  • Good team building and team management skills and ability to lead without authority and influence multiple stakeholders to achieve desired result
