This role involves statutory reporting, management, and interfacing for fixed assets and inventories, assisting with process setup and internal controls, supporting team members, and contributing to projects for various business needs.
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for group and local statutory reporting on fixed assets and inventories,
- Responsible for fixed assets and inventories management including process documentation and physical count.
- Key person interfacing to Group, shared services, internal stakeholders on fixed assets; inventories; leasing accounting processes and topics.
- Assist to setup processes, documentations and internal controls.
- Support team members on other accounting matters.
- Support projects for various business needs.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Professional Accounting Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of accounting and finance experience
- Knowledge and experience with internal control documentation in MNC
- Excellent communication skill is a must to communicate with other sites in the region or headquarter
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.
- Possess a positive attitude, interpersonal communication skills, independent, and a team player.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
