About Traveloka
Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel and lifestyle super-app. We connect tens of millions of travellers across the region with flights, hotels, experiences, financial services, and more — all from a single platform. Since our founding in 2012, we have expanded to eleven markets, processed billions of dollars in transactions, and built one of the most recognised consumer brands in the region.
We move fast because the region demands it. Southeast Asia is young, mobile-first, and growing faster than almost anywhere else on earth. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one, from scratch, for a market that does not look like anywhere else — and we are calling for people who want to be part of that.
About The Team
Partnership Marketing is where Traveloka turns relationships into reach. You will build the alliances that put our brand in front of millions of Southeast Asian travelers — co-marketing with airlines, hotels, banks, telcos, and the biggest consumer platforms across all 11 of our markets. From card-linked travel offers to airport activations to bundled campaigns that move real bookings, you own deals that are commercial, creative, and measurable from day one.
We are rigorous, fast-moving, and unapologetically data-driven. You bring sharp negotiation instincts and a marketer's eye for what actually converts, then prove the impact in numbers. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one for how partnerships scale travel across the region. If you want your name on the deals shaping how Southeast Asia travels, you belong here.
About The Job
As a Senior Analyst in Partnership Marketing, you handle Traveloka's more complex and higher-value partnerships as a senior individual contributor — deep expertise, no direct reports. You take accountability for decisions across your accounts and reach into adjacent job areas, hitting your operational targets with full autonomy in how. You don't yet hold formal decision rights over partners, so you win position by persuasion. And you help improve how the team works by enhancing the playbook from within project teams.
- Own Traveloka's key partner accounts in your market, growing revenue and value year over year and standing behind the calls you make
- Lead negotiations on complex, multi-party, or high-stakes deals, persuading and convincing stakeholders of your position from strategy to signature
- Architect flagship programs that weigh partner reach against Traveloka's media, product, and commercial dimensions at once
- As part of project teams, enhance the partnership playbook — pricing, frameworks, processes — so the wider team adopts the improvements
- Apply advanced, well-developed expertise to coach peers and lift the quality of work around you, without owning a team
- Own the performance and P&L view of your portfolio, optimizing for sustained profitability across operational and financial trade-offs
- Represent Traveloka credibly with senior partner stakeholders and at industry touchpoints
Job Requirements
- You have at least 5 years in partnerships, BD, or commercial roles, ideally in travel, e-commerce, banking, or technology.
- You independently deliver complex deals in ambiguous, fast-changing situations
- You bring deep negotiation skill and a proven track record of growing partner revenue
- You think both strategically (where the market is going) and tactically (how to close this quarter)
- You read complex data fluently and use it to drive decisions and partner consultations
- You communicate and present with senior internal and external stakeholders persuasively in English
- You manage several initiatives at once and consistently deliver on deadline
- You lift the quality of the work around you through expertise and example rather than line management
- You have a Bachelor's degree (master's a plus).
- You apply AI and analytics tooling to sharpen market intelligence and deal strategy
- You hold a strong personal network with airlines, wholesalers, banks, or tourism bodies in your market
- You are familiar with distribution or loyalty systems relevant to travel commerce
- You have closed a landmark partnership that became a referenceable case study
