We're looking for a Senior Analyst – Performance Marketing who understands that great performance marketing isn't just media buying, it's strategy, experimentation, communication, and measurable growth.

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across multiple client accounts

• Work across categories including startups, fintech, edtech, FMCG and more

• Partner with creative teams to build communication that performs

• Turn campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations

• Contribute to growth strategies, pitches and performance improvements

• Have 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing (agency experience preferred)

• Have hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Google Ads & Google Analytics

• Understand metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions and campaign optimisation

• Are comfortable working in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides

• Enjoy solving problems with equal parts creativity and analytical thinking

• Stay curious, learn fast and take ownership
