Join Fujitsu Thailand as a Senior Application Consultant (SAP SD) in a Hybrid work environment. You will lead full-cycle SAP projects, from fit/gap analysis and configuration to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration with MM, PP, FI, and CO modules. This role requires at least 4 full-cycle implementations and a commitment to providing expert mentorship to junior consultants
Key Accountabilities:
- Implements full cycle SAP projects/ roll out / enhancements or change requests in any of the following SAP areas: SD
- Conducts the fit/gap workshops and identifies the configuration and extensions to best meet the client's requirements
- Performs Unit, Integration and User Acceptance testing
- Provide training to users and support them in utilizing SAP SD functionalities effectively
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration, enhancements, test scripts, training and user guides
- Works on Data Migration concept, development and implementation
- Performs Go live checks & controls, post go-live support
- Analyzes SAP incidents raised by customers and provides solutions
- Performs unit, integration, and regression testing on change requests/enhancements
- Adheres to the project methodology and/or support processes based on the ITIL Framework
- Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to colleagues and junior consultant
- Travel may be required as per the client's requirements
Desired Experience, Knowledge & Attributes:
- Bachelor and/or Higher in Business, Information Technology or related fields
- SAP SD Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SD module configuration and customization
- Business Process Understanding: Understanding of end-to-end in order-to-cash cycle and been involved in process improvement initiatives
- Pricing and Billing: Proficiency in configuring pricing procedures, condition types, and billing documents
- Ability to configure and manage integration between SAP SD and other modules (MM, PP, FI and CO)
- At least 4 full cycle projects in SAP SD implementations/upgrades
- Experienced in SAP S4Hana & Fiori is preferrable
- SAP SD certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions
- Capability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willing to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business
