Job Description
- Review and approve asset valuation reports for non-juristic customers, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and BOT regulations.
- Provide technical advice and support to the Asset Appraisal Division (AAD) and related units to improve valuation quality and efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in all valuation activities.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve complex valuation issues and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Property Valuation, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset valuation, preferably in banking or financial services
- Property valuation license (basic level or higher) certified by the Valuers Association of Thailand
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and Bank of Thailand regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to assess complex cases and collaborate effectively across team
