Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the architectural design and planning of luxury villa projects in Phuket, ensuring alignment with Botanica Luxury's aesthetic standards and development principles. This full-time, on-site role involves creating and refining concept designs, producing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Architect will oversee design reviews, support construction phases by resolving design-related issues, and ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to material and technology selection, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain design integrity, sustainability, and quality across all projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-end residential or luxury villa projects.
• Proficiency in Project Management for architectural projects, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Integration of design elements, building systems, and site-specific considerations to create cohesive and functional environments.
• Familiarity with relevant Software Development or design-related digital tools and workflows that support architectural visualization and documentation.
• Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related field; architectural licensure or eligibility is preferred.
• Advanced skills in CAD/BIM and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices, ideally within Thailand or similar markets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, provide leadership, and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
