Senior – Architect (Construction Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review architectural design and construction drawings.
• Manage construction and interior fit-out projects for retail stores.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, suppliers, and related teams.
• Review BOQ, construction details, and material specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and work progress.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and compliance.
• Solve on-site construction issues and manage project risks.
• Support process improvement and construction standards development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction supervision and project management.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
